Villa One is a very luxurious villa located in Novi Vinodolski on the Kvarner. It is only 1.1km from the beach. The villa is fully air conditioned, on the ground floor of the villa there is 1 room with television and eu suite bathroom. Kitchen fully equipped, large living room with sofa and television and one separate toilet. On the first floor there are 3 other rooms that also have a TV and their own en suite bathroom. The room can be accessed on a large balcony. In the villa you can also find a relaxation room, with a sauna jacuzzi and billiards. In front of the villa there is a large yard with a private pool, sun loungers and parasols and a small lawn with a trampoline. With a barbecue and a small summer kitchen, you can show your culinary skills to your loved ones.
