How can I book a villa?
Booking is very easy: Choose your desired travel dates (Saturday to Saturday during the high season) and use our online booking system. After your request, you will receive a confirmation from our team within 15 minutes.

What is the minimum stay?
In high season (July-August), the minimum stay is 7 nights with check-in/check-out on Saturdays. Shorter stays are possible in the low season.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, Discover), as well as PayPal and cash. An additional fee of 4% applies for PayPal payments.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation fees depend on the time of cancellation:

    ·    Up to 90 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount
    ·    89-30 days before arrival: 60% of the total amount
    ·    Less than 30 days: 90% of the total amount

How do I get to the villa by car?
After booking, you will receive detailed directions. Most of our villas in Istria are easily reachable by car from Germany in approximately 8-9 hours.

When can I check in and check out?
Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the departure day.
