The elegant and spacious villa rises above the charming Borik district in Rovinj, offering luxury and privacy just a few steps from the Adriatic coast. This two-story authentic house is located in a private area with its own pool and surrounded by greenery. The villa offers six luxurious bedrooms, each with large double beds, a private bathroom and a terrace with a wonderful view of the sea. Two spacious living rooms with fireplaces and sofas provide additional comfort, and each of the two kitchens is fully equipped with the most modern appliances. The villa is located on a hill, which allows incredible views of the sea from the second floor, while the pine forest environment creates a feeling of complete privacy and peace. The villa's classic Mediterranean architecture blends perfectly with modern equipment, providing comfort and elegance at every step. The area around the villa is huge, and the interior and exterior are equipped to satisfy even the most demanding guests. It is a perfect place for relaxation, but also for holding weddings, holidays or exclusive events. Only a few minutes' walk separates you from picturesque beaches and crystal clear sea. The villa is also close to the center of Rovinj, famous for its luxury hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants, boutiques and cultural events. The terrace of the villa offers a beautiful view of the sea and the city, and the proximity of the pine forest allows easy walks and relaxation in nature. The villa offers top facilities including a heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, outdoor grill, billiards, table tennis and table football, as well as numerous board games, children's toys and a PlayStation 5 console. Also, high-speed internet and Wi-Fi are available, and in the courtyard of the villa you will find a basketball hoop and a badminton court. The spacious yard provides access to the pine forest, and the beach is only a three-minute walk through the pine park. Guests have at their disposal six bedrooms with double beds, seven bathrooms, washing machine and dryer, two fully equipped kitchens with dishes and appliances (kettle, oven, induction hob, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, convection oven , mixer, blender), two large living rooms with dining tables for 15 people, terraces and balconies with a beautiful view of the pine forest and the sea, heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, barbecue area, table football, board games, children's toys and educational devices, PlayStation 5, high-speed Internet, Wi-Fi, table tennis, basketball hoop, badminton, private garden and forest path, and a view of the sea, city and pine forest. The sea can be reached in just a five-minute easy walk through the pine forest. We wish you a pleasant stay. A security deposit of 1,000 euros in cash is required upon arrival to cover any possible damage. This deposit will be returned to you at the time of departure.
