Ground floor has cozy livingroom with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and dinning table. One of the bedrooms is also situated on the ground floor and has en-suite bathroom. First floor has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with terrace where you can enjoy spectacular sea view. Well tended garden has 32sqm private pool, BBQ, shower, covered terrace with dining table where you can enjoy prepare specialties of Istrian cuisine.
