Villa Nicol is located in Pjescana Uvala, only 200 meters from the beach. It is adorned with a beautiful sea view and is the perfect choice for your holidays. Spread on 450 square meters with three living rooms, five bedrooms and six bathrooms of which five are en-suite. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV's. For entertainment there is also a playroom with billiards and table tennis. The outside area with fully enclosed garden has a 60m2 swimming pool with countercurrent swimming and massage bench. On the terrace you have dinning area with BBQ. We secure parking for 3 cars.
