Villa Bellavista is a luxury holiday home with a swimming pool, and a sauna, close to the beaches and a national park. Comfortable and stylish, Villa Bellavista will cater even to the most hard-to-please guests. Beautiful views of the sea and Cape Kamenjak National Park will take your breath away. On the ground floor there are a large sitting area, which comprises a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a fireplace, a sauna with a bathroom, and an exit to a shaded terrace with a barbecue and a heated swimming pool. On the upper floor of the house there are eight bedrooms, each with its own air conditioner, an LCD TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. Outside the villa there is a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with a surface area of 50 m2. Next to the pool there is a covered terrace with a barbecue, perfect for evening conversations with a glass of good wine. The entire territory is fenced and protected from prying eyes, thus those seeking peace and privacy will never be disturbed. Premantura offers a wide variety of opportunities for recreation and entertainment. Various outdoor activities are available to our guests: football, beach volleyball, horseback riding, tennis, and numerous water sports, such as windsurfing, kayaking, etc. In the evening, the guests can relax in one of the many restaurants and bars. And if you enjoy the nightlife, you can find discos and entertainment venues in nearby Pula.
