Villa Terezija is located on a beautiful plot of over 3000 square meters, part of which is with trees that provide beautiful shade during the hot summer nights. The house consists of a living room which is connected to a fully equipped kitchen and in which there is a sofa bed, a fireplace and the whole is air conditioned. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, the other two rooms share one bathroom, and there is another separate toilet in the house. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets. At the exit from the living room is a pool of 36m2. It is surrounded by sun loungers and a summer covered kitchen with BBQ and dining table. Under the treetops there is a table tennis table, trampolines and swings for children.
