Villa Terezija is set on a stunning plot of over 3000 square meters, with part of the land featuring trees that offer delightful shade during warm summer days. The villa boasts a spacious living room that seamlessly connects to a fully equipped kitchen, where you’ll also find a sofa bed, a fireplace, and air conditioning throughout. The master bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom, and an additional separate toilet is available within the house. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets for added comfort. From the living room, you can step out to the 36m² pool, which is surrounded by sun loungers, as well as a covered outdoor kitchen with a BBQ and a dining table. Beneath the shade of the trees, you’ll also find a table tennis setup, and swings for children.
