Villa Roža is located in a small village near Porec. It is adorned with a large garden with 40 sqm swimming pool, jacuzzi and a large covered terrace with BBQ. For the youngest there are also trampolines, swings, football goals and badminton. We have also provided a canopy for 3 cars for you. The interior of the house extends to 200 sqm, the ground floor contains a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a bedroom with an en-suie bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are two other bedrooms with attached bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV's.
