The ground floor features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a separate toilet, and a dedicated wellness area with a private Jacuzzi. The first floor offers three additional bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. For ultimate relaxation, the basement is equipped with a private sauna and a separate shower room. From the living room, you have direct access to the garden. Here, you can enjoy your private pool, comfortable sun loungers, and a BBQ area perfect for preparing delicious Istrian grilled specialties.
