Villa Pinia is set in small place Cervar, only 900m away from the sea. This lovely villaspreads over 260 square meters on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, one separate toilet and a separate section with a jacuzzi. First floor features three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Down in the basement you will be able to relax at sauna and shower room. From the living room you have a direct exit to the garden. Enjoy your private pool, sunloungers, and barbecue area where you can prepare various Istrian grilled specialities.
