Villa Oliva is located in the quiet village of Žbandaj, just a few minutes drive from the picturesque town of Poreč and its beaches and is a perfect choice for a relaxing family holiday. The villa offers, three spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a comfortable living room, and two bathrooms, one with a shower, the other with a bathtub. There is EV charging and private parking. Guests can enjoy a large terrace with garden furniture, ideal for morning coffee or evening gatherings. To the rear, there is a private pool that can be heated for an additional fee (advance reservation required). This villa provides everything you need for a carefree and relaxing holiday in Istria. The house is located just a few kilometres away from the main E751 motorway that provides access to and from wider Istria, Italy and Slovenia.

    Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist ruhig und privat, aber man ist trotzdem im Handumdrehen in Porec. Die Betten waren unglaublich bequem und der Garten mit dem Pool ist perfekt zum Abschalten.

    Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Dorf nicht weit von Poreč entfernt, was uns eine perfekte Flucht vor dem Sommertrubel ermöglichte, und trotzdem waren wir mit dem Auto in nur wenigen Minuten am Strand. Das Anwesen sieht live noch besser aus als auf den Bildern. Wir haben die meiste Zeit im Garten verbracht, abwechselnd beim Schwimmen im Pool und beim Entspannen auf der schönen Terrasse. Der Außenbereich eignet sich perfekt für lange Grillabende in geselliger Runde. Innen war alles makellos sauber, und die Raumaufteilung bot viel Privatsphäre für alle. Ein weiterer riesiger Vorteil ist die private EV-Ladestation direkt an der Einfahrt. Das hat uns so viel Zeit gespart und unsere Ausflüge durch Istrien völlig stressfrei gemacht.
