For those who want to fully immerse themselves in the fascinating history of Istria, enchanting Villa Adriana is an ideal choice. Villa Adriana was built in a traditional style of Istrian white stone, integrated into a plot of 1850 m2. It is a pure wellness oasis, enjoy the silence and the singing of the birds around. In the beautiful private garden there is a beautiful curved swimming pool of 59 square meters comfortable sunbeds, umbrellas and garden furniture. The garden is completely surrounded by a stone wall. At the pool you can spend wonderful summer evenings in the summer kitchen, where there is an open fireplace for grilling, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and a large table with chairs for whole family. There is also an outdoor shower with toilet. On the ground floor of the villa you will find an air-conditioned living room with an open fireplace, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a dining area with an additional bathroom and an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there are two more air-conditioned rooms with a double bed beds and extra beds, with private bathroom with shower, one bathroom also with bathtub. And an additional bedroom with an open fireplace. Additional beds are available in the rooms. In the first room, a sofa for one person and in the second room as well. The upper rooms have a beautiful balcony and sea view. The small, pleasant town of Frankovići is surrounded by greenery, olive groves and vineyards. It is an ideal starting point for wonderful excursions. Romantic villages with a picturesque, medieval core are ideal for long cycling tours in spring and autumn. Enjoy the beautiful landscape in every season with its own special color scheme. Stop in first-class taverns and taverns and enjoy Istria specialties and wines.

    Nicole Wundervolle Villa & toller Außenbereich
    Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie in der Villa Adriana und haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Die Räume sind alle sehr großzügig, die gesamte Villa ideal für eine große Familie, mehrere Familien oder Freundesgruppen. Wir haben in den Betten super geschlafen, jedes Schlafzimmer hat einen Balkon oder eine Terrasse und ein eigenes Badezimmer. Besonderes Augenmerk haben wir auf die Sauberkeit gelegt – und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Auch bei der Einrichtung spürt man die Liebe zum Detail :) Die Küche ist super ausgestattet – wir haben viel gemeinsam gekocht und danach lustige Spieleabende auf dem großen Esstisch verbracht. Der Außenbereich ist wunderschön gepflegt und gestaltet, die schattige Sitzgruppe bei der Outdoor-Küche eine tolle Alternative zum Innenbereich. Die Kinder hatten im Garten und Pool genug Platz zum Toben und Turnen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, mit dem Auto waren wir schnell bei Restaurants, Supermärkten und in 20 min. am Strand. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

    Familie Kirnbauer Sommerferien in Rosemunde Pilcher Stil
    Würde Rosemunde Pilcher in Kroatien gedreht werden, dann wäre die Villa wohl der richtige Drehort. Ein sehr schönes Anwesen im romantischen Istrien-Stil. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet genügend Platz für zwei Familien. Die Küche und der Essbereich laden zum gemeinsamen Kochen ein. Wir haben uns für eine Mischung entschieden, ab und zu gekocht und haben aber auch die umliegenden Restaurants ausprobiert. Die Vermieterin hat hier genügend Tipps. Der Poolbereich mit Sommerküche ist eine Klasse für sich. Wir haben hier ganze Tage verbracht und jede Minute genossen. Wir haben uns in dieses Haus verliebt und kommen sicher wieder.

    Ingrid Tolle Villa in wunderschöner Lage
    Die Villa ist sowohl von der gesamten Aussenansicht her bis hin zum kleinsten Detail in den Räumlichkeiten mit viel Liebe gepflegt und ausgestattet, Bäder und Zimmer sind sehr sauber, die Betten sind sehr bequem mit angenehmen Matratzen. Die Küche ist bestens mit Geräten und Geschirr bestückt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Sommerküche mit Grillofen in der Nähe vom Pool. Die Villa liegt in ruhiger Lage, ideal für Ausflüge aller Art, ob radfahren, wandern, oder ein Trip nach Porec und Rovinj. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
