The villa, 2 storeys, built in 2019. 500 m from the center of Novi Vinodolski, in a quiet, sunny position, 700 m from the sea, 900 m from the beach. Private: property 1000 m² (fenced) with plants, swimming pool angular (7 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01 May - 15 Oct) with built-in steps. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, jacuzzi, pool house, table tennis, terrace (50 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: internet access, table football, burglar alarm system, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) by the house on the property. Shop, supermarket, restaurant 500 m, pebble beach, public bathing area, concrete beach 900 m. Please note: suitable for families. Holding parties is not permitted. Pool house set up as a playroom (table football, darts, Playstation). Available: multifunctional training device. Video surveillance of the property. Welcome drink and snack upon arrival.
