Villa Dora N was constructed in 2023 and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The villa features three beautifully appointed bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, each complete with its own private en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is a separate WC on the ground floor, which conveniently includes a laundry section with a washing machine. For ultimate comfort, the property is equipped with five air conditioning units—one in each bedroom, one in the living room, and one in the hallway. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with a freezer, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. The welcoming living room is furnished with a DVD player and a smart TV, while the other three TVs are located in each of the bedrooms. Outside, guests have access to private parking with a covered space for two cars. You can relax on one of the six sun loungers, with cushions and towels provided, or take shade under the large outdoor umbrella. There is also an additional movable umbrella for your convenience. The outdoor area is perfect for entertainment and relaxation, featuring a charcoal/wood barbecue, an outdoor shower, a foosball table, and a fun children's playground with swings and a slide.
