Located near Tinjan, a charming village in central Istria, Villa Pi exudes rustic charm with a touch of modern comfort. Originally built 70 years ago, this stone villa underwent a complete renovation in 2019. With 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 guests, Villa Pi is ideal for a family getaway. Inside you will find a combination of modern amenities and traditional Istrian features such as colorful wooden windows and stone walls. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room with a fireplace, perfect for relaxing. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with different bed arrangements, while on the second floor there are two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Outside, Villa Pi boasts a large, inviting pool, one of the longest in Istria, perfect for sunbathing. There is also a barbecue area on the terrace, ideal for outdoor dining and making memories with your loved ones. There is also the option of heating the pool with an extra charge of €200 per week. Villa Pi offers the perfect blend of old world charm and modern comfort, ensuring an unforgettable vacation experience for all.
