Spanning 650 sqm with 350 sqm of living space across three floors, it accommodates up to 8 guests and provides all essential amenities for a relaxing stay. The centerpiece of the outdoor area is a private, heated 26 sqm hydromassage pool surrounded by sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Adjacent to the pool, a spacious terrace with a dining area, a pergola system, and a BBQ invites guests to unwind. Inside, the open-plan ground floor features a stylish living area with a fireplace and a striking acacia root wall installation. A large dining table, kitchen island, fully equipped kitchen, toilet, internal staircase, and main entrance complete this level.
