This spacious villa features a total of seven apartments, offering the ideal balance of privacy and shared enjoyment. The villa consists of eleven bedrooms, nine bathrooms with showers, seven living rooms, and seven fully equipped kitchens that are devided in 7 apartments on 3 floors. On the ground floor is a studio apartment that is beeing used by the owner. The outdoor area, which is beeing used only by the guests of the Villa Alessia, includes a private swimming pool with sun loungers, a terrace with a seating area, and a barbecue for delightful outdoor gatherings. Private parking is also available for guests.
