Traditional villa Maris, renovated in luxury style, is placed in small village Bićine, just 1 km from the area of Skadin and Krka waterfalls. This luxurious five-star villa is renovated in 2018. and offers you peace and quiet for full relaxation in the beautiful surrounding area of Skradin. It sleeps up to 10 guests in five bedrooms, and it can accommodate 2 extra guests on the pull out sofa in the living room. The villa property includes 2 separate houses and it comprises of 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms with an indoor fireplace and TV and stereo surround system, WiFi Internet connection in the whole property, 2 indoor and 2 outdoor kitchen, big dining area for the guests and even 2 swimming pools. All 5 bedrooms are furnished with double beds (bed size 180 x 200 cm). Furthermore, all of the 5 bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with a shower cabin or a bathtub. The outdoor area features a gorgeous partly covered terrace from which guests can enjoy the view of the area or just relax on the deck chairs beside the swimming pools. The surface of the pool is 32 sq. meters big. Also, on the terrace guests can use 2 stone barbeques and outdoor kitchens while dining on the outside in the warm summer nights. As well, on the property, there are two additional toilets just next to the 2 saunas and also 2 outdoor hydro-massage tubs. Guests can also use 6 bikes and explore the area of the national park or just relax in the beautiful nature of the Skradin. Children will surely have fun in the outside area on the slide or in the playhouse.
