Welcome to a stunning holiday retreat designed for your utmost comfort and relaxation. This spacious villa, situated in a tranquil setting, offers a perfect blend of modern amenities and traditional charm across its two well-appointed floors. First Floor: Upon entering, you'll find an open and inviting living space. The interconnected kitchen, dining, and living areas provide a harmonious environment for gathering and creating lasting memories. The kitchen is equipped with modern conveniences, including a filter coffee machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, four gas rings, oven, toaster, dishwasher, and kettle. The dining area features a stylish table and chairs for up to 6 guests, perfect for enjoying meals. The living area accommodates up to 6 people, complete with a TV with satellite channels and air conditioning. From here, step out onto a covered terrace with outdoor furniture for 6, overlooking the inviting pool area—perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing. This floor also includes a separate toilet. Sleeping arrangements feature three bedrooms: a spacious double bedroom with a king-sized bed (180x200), air conditioning, and an ensuite modern bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer; a second double bedroom with the same amenities; and a twin bedroom with two single beds (90x200) and air conditioning. A separate shower room ensures ample facilities for all guests.     Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit hier. Die Villa ist super sauber, gepflegt und die Schlafzimmer sind wirklich gemütlich mit guter Klimaanlage, was ein absoluter Lebensretter war. Der Pool hat eine tolle Größe und die Tatsache, dass das Grundstück komplett umzäunt ist, gab uns ein schönes Gefühl von Privatsphäre. Es ist ein friedlicher Ort, perfekt, wenn man einfach dem Trubel entfliehen möchte. Sehr zu empfehlen
