Luxuriously furnished villa of 350 m2 of interior space, located on a plot with a spacious garden of 800 m2 with a private pool. The villa is fully equipped to provide comfort and a feeling of home. On the ground floor of the villa there is one bedroom with air conditioning and a large LCD TV. The kitchen and dining room are combined into one spacious unit with a view of the outdoor covered terrace and garden with swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the household appliances you need during your stay in the villa. On the ground floor there is also a toilet with a washing machine and a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. There are four bedrooms on the first floor, each of which has air conditioning and a large LCD TV. The master room has an exit to the covered terrace with a view of the pool and has a direct entrance to the bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there is another covered terrace that can be directly accessed from the room and a bathroom with a shower. In the outer part of the house there is a spacious garden with a swimming pool and a corner for children to play. The covered terrace is equipped with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue. If you want to enjoy board games, there is also billiards, table football, table tennis and darts in the outside part of the house.
