Villa Elite I is a semi-detached villa on the same plot as Villa Elite II. Located between Pula and Fazana, villa Elite I is only 1500m away from the nearest beach. Ground floor consists of large living room, kitchen with dining area and bathroom with shower. The first floor has four bedrooms equipped with en-suite bathrooms with shower, air-conditioning and smart TV's. Three bedrooms have double beds and one is with two single beds. Outside you will enjoy your private pool with sunloungers and parasols. You will be able to prepare delicious barbecue dishes and gather with your family on fresh air at dining area.

Wir hatten beide Häuser gemietet und waren begeistert! Die Häuser bestechen durch ihre moderne Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Aufteilung. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge an den Strand, nach Pula oder Fazana aber auch nach Rovinj. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst nett und hilfsbereit! Alles in allem war hervorragend! Wir kommen sicherlich wieder!
