Villa Elite is actually made of two independent villas, Elite 1 & 2, which are joined by a single wall. Villas are mirror images of each other, and both have their own swimming pool and four bedrooms, eight in total. Each villa has its own separate entrance, and its interior is laid in the same manner. The ground floor is bright and airy, and in each, there is a living area, dining area and a kitchen, spread in an open floor plan. There is an extra bathroom on the ground floor as well. Both villas have the first floor, each with four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and a spacious terrace. On the exterior of the villa, there is a garden that goes around the villa. Two pools are located on different sides of the property, and each has its own terrace next to it, and sun loungers around it. There you can refresh and swim to cool down during hot summer days, and afterwards hop on the loungers to bask in the sun and sip a cold drink. You have two barbecues at your disposal to prepare amazing grilled meals and show off those Masterchef skills to your friends and family. Afterwards, dine all together in the outside dining area. Your children can play carefree in the fully enclosed garden, and there is a playground on their disposal in the back area where there is the shade most of the day. Villa is located on the outskirts of Pula, which is the largest city in Istria, so if you wish there are many things to explore in the city, form ancient landmarks, to wonderful restaurants or nice beaches.
