Villa Aquarius is a luxurious, modern villa built in 2020. Villa Aquarius is an ideal place for a relaxing vacation with family or friends. It is fully equipped and offers its guests a high level of comfort. The ground floor consists of a modernly equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a dining room and a dining table for 14 people, one bedroom with a bathroom and a toilet. On the first floor there are four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a separate room with a washing machine and clothes dryer. On the second floor, there are two more modernly furnished bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a beautiful view of the Pula Bay. In the beautifully decorated garden there is a summer kitchen with an outdoor grill, garden furniture, a table and chairs for dining, an outdoor heated swimming pool of 52 m2, which in the shallowest part has a massage area for additional relaxation and enjoyment, a shower, and deckchairs for sunbathing. Inside the villa there is secured parking with four parking spaces.
