Modern villa Isra is situated just 200 meters from the Adriatic Sea and 800 meters from the city center of Primosten town. Orvas Villa 24 is set in the total land area of 500 square meters while 250 square meters refers to the villa surface. There is a basement, the ground floor, and the first floor in the villa. The pool area is surely one of the most attractive villa features. Small pebble stone and wood are used in the design. On the same level, there is an indoor space with a hot tub, shower, and lounge furniture. On the villa ground floor, a kitchen and a living area can be found. Aa a bonus, a wine cellar a bread oven, and a shower bathroom are on the same level. There are two en-suite bedrooms (one bathroom is with a tub and one with a shower) with its own balcony on the property’s first floor. A cinema room and a gym are also on the same level. The guests can enjoy 2 lovely terraces on the first-floor level. Just a few steps away a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a barbecue can be found for al fresco dining. The rest of the bedrooms (2 of them) with en-suite bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub) are on the second floor. A laundry room with one more terrace is also on the same floor. Extra amenities such as a hot tub, a gym, and a cinema room are at guest’s disposal for a perfect, relaxing holiday in Croatia.
