This beautiful luxury villa is located in the village of Baderna, just 12 km from Poreč. The carefully landscaped garden spans over 1200 m2. The interior of 200 m2 is spread over two floors. The ground floor features a spacious living room with a kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms with exit to the terrace, one bathroom with a shower, and one separate toilet. On the first floor, there are two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first-floor terrace offers a spectacular view of the surroundings and the mountains.     Wir waren 14 Tage in der Villa. Die Einrichtung war super. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig und die Gastgeber waren Mega hilfsbereit. Und ein großes Dankeschön an Amanda. Der Mega Frühe Check Out mitten in der Nacht war nicht selbstverständlich und extrem zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank. Ich kann diese Villa wirklich empfehlen!

    Dieses Haus ist ein absoluter Traum. So liebevoll eingerichtet und durchdacht, wir sind hier sofort angekommen und möchten am liebsten nie wieder weg. Absolut ruhige Lage. Voll ausgestattet und selbst die Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind schon da. Der Pool ist toll, das extra Grillhaus ist eine super Ergänzung und die Aussendusche hat sogar warmes Wasser. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist fußläufig in nicht mal 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Leute im Ort und auch alle, die sich um das Objekt kümmern sind super nett. In ca. 20 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in alle Richtungen am Meer, es ist wirklich perfekt hier. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!!!!!! Danke auch an Herrn Pereg von Klick&Book für die unkomplizierte Umbuchung aufgrund Corona vom letzten auf dieses Jahr. Wer hier Urlaub macht, kann nichts falsch machen!!!

    Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern für 9 Tage im August in dieser Villa zu Gast. Das Haus ist außerordentlich gut ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an gar nichts! Alles was man vor Ort kaufen müsste ist auch schon durch den Vermieter bereitgestellt. Geschirrspültabs, Küchenrollen, WC Papier, Müllsäcke, Kaffee, Tee, Gewürze etc..... Wirklich absolut topp! Es ist sehr ruhig und uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt, hat sogar eine Alarmanlage und einen kleinen Safe, so dass man getrost Papiere oder Geld im Haus lassen kann. 1 mit Stern für dieses wunderbar gepflegte, hochwertig ausgestattete, vollkommen durchdachtes, tolles Haus!
