The property is situated in the calm village of Sveti Ivan near Poreč, just a few steps away from a charming 17th-century Istrian church surrounded by a beautiful park. Decorated in a modern Tuscan style, the villa features unique, handmade artworks by local and international designers created exclusively for this property.
