This charming holiday villa is a delightful retreat, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Situated in a tranquil location, it offers a well-equipped and comfortable space for your stay. Ground Floor: The spacious living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, ceramic stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, and kettle—ideal for preparing meals. The adjacent dining area is perfect for enjoying them. The living area features an open fireplace, satellite TV, and air conditioning for a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, with an additional bed available for convenience. A utility room with a washing machine and iron, as well as a separate toilet, add practicality. Patio doors open to the terrace and pool area. First Floor: The bedrooms are designed for restful nights. There’s a double bedroom (160x200) with a safe, en-suite bathroom, and access to a small uncovered balcony overlooking the pool, as well as air conditioning. Another double bedroom has an en-suite shower room and air conditioning. A twin bedroom with two single beds (90x200) includes an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and a small balcony with a pool view. Outside: The outdoor space features an 8x4 meter swimming pool surrounded by deck chairs for sunbathing. A covered terrace with outdoor furniture provides an ideal spot for dining and relaxation. A portable BBQ is available, and there is parking space for two cars. Location: The nearest shop is 2 km away in Sveti Lovrec, with the Kazeta restaurant 7 km away toward Porec. Beaches, sports activities, and bars can be found in Porec, just 10 km away.
