Villa Ciano is a wonderful single-story holiday home with a private swimming pool, located on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Višnjan. In the immediate vicinity, you will find all the essential amenities needed for a relaxing vacation, including shops, bakeries, pizzerias, and ATMs. Thanks to its elevated position, a large 50 m² swimming pool, and a yard fully enclosed by a tall green hedge, the property offers an enchanting panoramic view of the sea. Please note that the yard borders a local road leading to the center of Višnjan, which experiences moderate traffic. This 135 m² villa comfortably hosts 6 to 8 guests. The interior consists of a kitchen with a dining area and an air-conditioned living room with a gallery featuring a sofa bed for two people. It also offers three double bedrooms, two shower bathrooms, and one additional full bathroom. Outside, there are two covered terraces—one equipped with an outdoor dining table and chairs, alongside a convenient summer kitchen. Please note that only small dogs are welcome, and the property strictly does not accept groups of young people or bachelor/bachelorette parties.
