Villa Aria is located in a quiet area of Poreč and is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. Spread over three levels, the villa offers everything you need for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The ground floor features an elegantly furnished living room, a guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds and two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers. The second floor offers a spacious, contemporary room with a comfortable sofa bed for two people and a private bathroom. The outdoor area of the villa is a true oasis of relaxation, featuring a heated saltwater pool, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, a jacuzzi, and a summer kitchen with an electric grill and wine fridge, perfect for evening relaxation.Pets and groups of young guests are not allowed. Private parking for 2 cars is available in front of the house for guests' convenience.

    Wunderschöne, ruhige Lage und hervorragende Ausstattung. Durch die drei getrennten Etagen hatte jeder in unserer Gruppe seinen eigenen Rückzugsort, was ein großer Pluspunkt war. Die Küche drinnen ist super ausgestattet. Nach Poreč und zum Strand fährt man nur 5 Minuten. Die perfekte Mischung aus Ruhe und Nähe zu allem.

Having AC in every room during a hot week was a absolute lifesaver, without it it would have been unbearable. It’s quiet enough to truly switch off, yet close enough that walking to the local shop for snacks was super easy.
