Villa Alisa will fulfill all your requirements for a perfect vacation. It is located just a short distance from Poreč, in a quiet village that offers a beautiful sea view. The ground floor features a luxuriously decorated open-plan living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen, as well as one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom complete with both a shower and a bathtub. For ultimate relaxation, the ground floor also boasts a wellness center with a sauna and a jacuzzi, along with a fitness area equipped with weights and an exercise bike. The first floor offers three additional bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning, a smart TV, and its own private bathroom. Outside, the beautifully landscaped garden features a large 52 m² heated swimming pool, a sun deck with comfortable loungers and parasols, and a covered terrace with a gas BBQ and a dining table.
