The location of villa Korcula and the property itself is an amazing combination of wonderful nature, exclusive accommodation, luxury amenities and peace and quiet. The whole facility has 16.600 m2 of land with Mediterranean vegetation with 100 m2 glorious swimming pool. Luxury villa Korcula is a perfect accommodation for up to 14 people within the inside area of approximately 560 m2. The villa consists of 7 bedrooms and 6 well equipped bathrooms of which 5 are en suites. Ground floor is area with one bedroom, bathroom and living room. This room has a direct exit to swimming pool area. Here are also kitchen and laundry quarters. On the first floor there are other bedrooms, spacious living room with dining area. Here you can also find, separated with an additional entrance, staff quarters. The outside area of villa Korčula is wonderfully decorated Mediterranean garden that enriches capacious swimming pool and accompanying terraces of approximately 560 m2. By adding garden furniture, sun beds and parasols we created a perfect leisure oasis.
