Modern villa Polina is situated just 10 meters from the Adriatic Sea and 1 kilometer from the town of Sumartin on Brac island. This beachfront villa is set in the total land area of 600 square meters while 150 square meters refers to the villa surface. Villa spreads over the ground, and the first floor. A total of 6+2 guests can be accommodated in 3 modern en-suite bedrooms with a shower. Small, authentic Sumartin town is the youngest fishing village on island Brac. Loads of restaurants, beautiful beaches, and the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea, Franciscan monastery, and a small church will give you truly authentic, Dalmatian feeling during your vacation in Croatia. Besides a kitchen and a living room, 3 en-suite bedrooms, 1 additional toilet, there is also an outdoor area with a swimming pool and a barbecue and lounge furniture, terraces, and a private garage with 4 bicycles at guests’ disposal. Two bedrooms with a private bathroom are on the ground floor, while the kitchen, living room area, one private bathroom, and a toilet are on the first floor.
