Situated in the centre of village Mirca, right on the beach, Villa Nikol features a spacious contemporary interior and beautiful seaside terrace with the shade of oleander trees to cool you in the Mediterranean heat. A large swimming pool and billiard table provide ample opportunity for relaxation and fun on your holiday. The villa can accommodate 14-17 people with 6 double bedrooms and one twin room. On the ground floor is a big living and dining room, kitchen, laundry, a small gym and a pool table. Also on the ground floor is one large double bedroom with an additional sofa and en-suite bathroom with a large walk in shower. Wooden staircase leads to the first floor with 6 more double bedrooms. The villa is located a very short distance from the sea, so you can choose whether you enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine on the terrace or on the clean pebble beach. On the sea side terrace is also an outside dining area in the shade of pergola and oleanders, so you can enjoy your family meals whilst enjoying the famous Croatian sunsets and the peaceful sound of the waves at night in the privacy of this luxury villa. In the back yard is another roofed patio and a big grill, so you can cook authentic Brac barbeque.
