Villa is set in 600 square meters of private property, on the beachfront (just 5 m from the sea!) and with a heated swimming pool. The property has been renovated to high standards and is furnished with many works of art and with character. Villa consists of 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bath/shower rooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining, living room and private parking. On the first floor there is kitchen/dining, living room and a separate toilete while the bedrooms with the private bathrooms and one additional bathroms are located on the property's first floor. Every room is individually decorated with its unique charm. The villa is only 150 m away from the beautiful Bol town center, which contains many lovely restaurants and authentic stores.
