This modern villa is in Sutivan town on Brac island, just 150 meters from the Adriatic Sea. Villa Lava is set in 380 square meters and over the ground, first and a second floor. A total of 8+2 guests can be accommodated in 4 high end decorated en-suite bedrooms on the upper levels (one-bedroom with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms is on the first floor and while the rest of the bedrooms are on the second floor) and two more guests can sleep on the double, convertible sofa bed in the living room area. On the ground level, there is an open concept kitchen/living room area with homemade furniture and a separate toilet. Open space terrace with infinity, heated swimming pool, sun loungers, and a barbecue is located on the ground floor. Also, on the ground floor, there is a laundry room and a separate toilet.
