At the tip of the largest Croatian peninsula, Pelješac, opposite the beautiful island of Korčula, there is a place with the best view you have ever seen. In this peaceful environment, protected by the mountain of Sveti Ilija, lies the villa Azurit, away from the crowds, but close enough to the center, only 2 km from the shops, restaurants, gas stations, cafes, ferry port and all other amenities needed for a perfect vacation. This property exudes the passion of the owner, as every detail is handmade. Stone by stone, the villa has become unique and special over the years. This is a small village consisting of three separate houses. Two are renovated old Dalmatian houses, combining modern and traditional style, while the third is newer, made of stone with recognizable green shutters. The first house has two bedrooms on the ground floor and a kitchen and living room. The bathroom is connected to the house, but is located outside, just like in the past. The attic hides a separate one-bedroom apartment, and the total capacity of the house is six people. The second house, a two-story house, has a kitchen, living room and bathroom on the ground floor, while an internal wooden staircase leads to two bedrooms, which can accommodate a total of four people. On the opposite side of this house is a games room with a PlayStation. The third, the newest house, has a capacity for four people with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. Behind the old houses there is a small building with a gym, while the yard is adorned with a 10-meter long and 4-meter wide swimming pool for shared use. Above the accommodation units is a handmade stone jacuzzi, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea and small islands.
