Villa Lea is modern & luxury villa situated only few meters from the sea, 3 km away from picturesque Omis. The ground floor of the villa comprises a large open plan living and dining room with sleek, modern furnishings and a magnificent view of the sea. . The kitchen is modern and well equipped for your stay, allowing you to cook for family and friends. There are four double bedrooms on the first floor of the villa with large comfortable beds and plenty of storage. There are 6 bathrooms within the villa, all which have a power shower or bathtub. The lower ground floor can be reached by outside steps from the ground floor terrace above. You will find a study, a full equipped gym with television, a shower room and a luxury sauna. In the study there is a TV and a sofa, which can be converted to an extra double bed. The outdoor garden area contains a private pool, BBQ area and shaded dining area so you can enjoy dining al fresco as you watch the sun set over the sea.
