This charming holiday home with a swimming pool is located on a secluded hill in the center of Hvar, between the villages of Zastražišće and Gdinj. The panoramic view of the sea, the neighboring island and the mountain range is simply a job. Olive trees and fragrant plants grow on the cleared property. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom. There is also a living room with a kitchen. Bedrooms #1 and #2 have an external entrance, and bedroom #3 is integrated into the living room, but is rented through a curtain. Bedrooms 1 and 3 are equipped with air conditioning and a TV, while bedroom 2 has the ideal temperature in summer and fun evenings on summer nights without a TV. The covered terrace in front of the living room offers a beautiful view of the sea. The outdoor pool offers refreshment and fun while swimming on the large sunny terrace. Fitness equipment (stepper and bike, weights, yoga mats) is available. An indoor and outdoor refrigerator, as well as an ice maker, ensure your cold drinks and fruits. At the back of the house is the entrance to the wine cellar, where you can buy wines. Occasionally you will find a butterfly, a ladybug, a bee fly, a mosquito or a small caterpillar or a gecko. Just allow yourself to merge with nature and enjoy a piece of paradise.
The gentle bays on the south and north sides of the village of Gdinj offer temporary refreshment and days at the beach, here you can experience the beaches of Shrov Dolac and Skozonja.
