The house is a newly built villa in Novi Vinodolski on Kvarner Bay. Each of its 5 bedrooms has a balcony with beautifulseaviews. The villa is located on a quieter seafront promenade with no through traffic. Directly in front of the house there are beautiful plateaus to soak up the sun. At 200m distance there is a beautiful pebble beach where the whole family or friends experience a great bathing fun. From the pool you have a beautiful view of the sea and the island of Krk. In the house is a modern air conditioning. There is also a barbecue area with a summer kitchen. Relax here and enjoy Croatia at its most beautiful.

    Jens Absolut empfehlenswert
    Neues Topobjekt in einzigartiger Lage. Sehr kommunikative und zuvorkommende Eigentümer. Wir haben uns mit 8 Personen sehr Wohl gefühlt. Auch für 10 Personen sicherlich vollkommen ausreichend. Sehr enge Zufahrt zum Grundstücksparkplatz bedingt durch parkenden PKW anderer Objekte in der Straße, ohne ausreichende Parkplätze. Dieses Objekt hatte ausreichende Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück (3 Parkplätze).
