Villa LorKia is a luxurious, newly built villa located in Baška on the island of Krk, just 500 meters from the popular Vela Plaza beach. This modern villa offers a peaceful retreat, with a 770 sqm fenced yard featuring a large heated infinity pool (40 sqm) with counter-current swimming, sun loungers, wooden swings, and a round fire pit. Spanning 280 sqm over two floors, the villa includes 4 double bedrooms, each with an en-suite walk-in shower bathroom. Two of the rooms offer access to a terrace with seating and mountain views. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island, a dining area, and a comfortable living room with a large LCD TV.
