Kerstin Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche im Ferienhaus San Nicolo, Villa Ucovic. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Gastgebern begrüßt. Sie standen uns zu jeder Zeit für Fragen zur Verfügung und halfen uns weiter. Die Villa steht allein auf einem sehr schönen Grundstück mit Obstbäumen, Gemüse und Kräutern. Es gibt viele Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegen draußen auf der Terasse und am Pool. Der Ausblick in die Berge ist wunderschön. Es ist sehr ruhig dort. Bosnien, Montenegro, die Strände, Cavtat und Dubrovnik sind nicht weit entfernt und gut zu erreichen. Die 2 Ferienwohnungen sind mit allem ausgestattet, was gebraucht wird. Es ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Katze, die unseren Kindern viel Freude bereitet hat. Nicht weit entfernt ist das Restaurant Mr&Mrs Caput, das man sehr empfehlen kann. |

Dawid We spent 10 days at the San Nicolo villa. Everything was perfectly prepared and perfect contact with the hosts all the time. The pool was enormous for us. I can honestly not only recommend the stay, but I would also like to come back there in the future. |

Andrei I have been on many vacations where I preferred to rent villas to the detriment of hotels. This villa is the most pleasant villa I have ever stayed in. It’s absolutely amazing. It is like a little corner of heaven. The fact that it is quite isolated is an advantage for any type of groups. The hosts are extremely welcoming and Katarina is extremely cooperative. Messmoum Un établissement bien agencé, avec des espaces assez vastes pour le confort de tous. Une piscine assez grande pour toute la famille, une propreté impeccable, pas de vis à vis , donc soyez tranquille. Extérieur : une grande table familiale pouvant accueillir 12 personnes avec aisance, la Villa SAN NICOLO est divisée é deux, dans chaque partie, un salon ouvert sur la cuisine bien équipée, vous ne manquerez de rien, une piscine avec transat, Parasol et matelas, les serviettes de bain sont fournis et changées une fois par semaine ( la literie aussi). Un espace barbecue avec une table abritée pour éviter soleil, des points d’eau disponible a l’extérieur, un potager à l’extérieur en libre accès, tomates, menthe, courgettes, romarin, poivrons, des citronniers aussi. Espace sport, basket, foot, trampoline, balançoires, ping pong … tout le monde est gâté. À l’étage, VILLA 1 —> 2 Chambres assez vastes avec une salle de bain à l’étage ( WC compris) mais aussi la même chose au RDC. Pour la villa 2 : même chose, sauf qu’à l’étage, il y a trois chambres petite mais acceptables. Cette villa est climatisée en full sauf le salon de la villa 1. La propriétaire est une personne tres soigneuse , aux petits soins avec ses hôtes, des figues toutes fraîches nous ont été offertes, et une boite de chocolat à notre départ, tout cela a été fortement apprécié. Un Grand Merci à KATARINA qui a été très attentive aux besoins quotidiens à l’écoute et très réactive. Je recommande vivement cette Villa, vous en serrez ravis. Les moustiques et mouches mais cela est normal vu l’emplacement de la villa et tout la verdure autour. |

Harun Beautiful location, away from the bustle of the coastal towns yet near to Dubrovnik. 15 min drive to amazing Pasjaca beach. Internet connection definitely should be better. |

Matthew Great villa with amazing outdoor space. Peaceful location near Dubrovnik and ideal location for trips over the border into nearby Montenegro. Great restaurants nearby. Hosts were very friendly and communication was excellent. No tea towels or oven gloves. More hand soap would be useful. |
