This luxury lifestyle villa Nadine is located in a mostly residential area of Dubrovnik, called Ploče, offers you stunning views of Old Town and beach Banje and Lokrum Island. This three-story villa spreads over 300m2 with five king-size bedrooms, all en-suite, and with its multiple terraces, outside dining area, and heated swimming pool welcomes you whether you are looking for family holidays, group of friends, or wedding guest destination. The ground floor stone archway leads into a furnished loggia, an open-concept living room with a direct sea view, and a fully equipped kitchen with a view on the main terrace. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, one of which has a walk-in closet, a bath tub, and opens to a terrace.
