Luxury villa Lionella is in Dubrovnik area, more precisely in a town called Orašac (just 50 m from the city center), and 11 kilometers from historical Dubrovnik. Only a 5-minute drive away the guests can enjoy on the stunning beach called Sun Gardens. A total of 8 persons can be accommodated in the villa. Villa is modernly designed and is set in total surface area of 700 square meters while 260 meters refers to the villa surface. Property is made of three floors in total: the ground floor, the first floor, and the second floor. There are 4 bedrooms with 8 beds, 4 bathrooms, 1 toilet, a kitchen, and a dining room in the villa. Spacious swimming pool area with loungers and parasols can be found on the villa’s ground floor. The view of the nearby island fur sure will leave you breathless. 2 double bedrooms with private bathrooms and a terrace are on the same level. On the villa’s first floor there are two modern double rooms with separate bathrooms. As a bonus, there is a terrace per each room so the guests could enjoy the view. A modern and fully equipped kitchen with a dining and a living room area with a balcony and outdoor furniture is on the property’s second floor.
