Luxury villa Amanda is situated just 800 meters from the glorious town of Dubrovnik in the exclusive part of the neighborhood. The property is just 30 m away from the Adriatic Sea and a famous Saint James beach. A total of 12+2 persons can be accommodated in the villa. Orvas Villa 32 has a traditional design with modern design accents while the view on the Adriatic Sea will leave you breathless. There are 4 floors in the property: the ground floor and three upper floors. Besides a swimming pool, there is also a jacuzzi at the guest’s disposal. The property consists of 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a kitchen, and a dining/living room area. On the villa's first floor, the guests can found a dining/living room with a kitchen and a terrace. 2 bedrooms are located on the same floor; one is an en-suite master bedroom with a king-size bed, and another is a deluxe bedroom with a whirlpool bathtub. From the mentioned floor the guests can enjoy direct access to the outdoor swimming pool. A kitchen, living, and dining area along with the two luxurious en-suite bedrooms can be found on the villa’s second floor. On the top level (the third floor) there are two junior suites with a kitchen, living, and a dining area, double en-suite bedroom, and balcony with a stunning sea view.
