Villa The Stunning is a luxurious newly built villa (2023) in a cul-de-sac in Crikvenica with beautiful sea views and in a quiet location. This modern villa has 450 m² of indoor space and a spacious 1500 m² of outdoor space with a garden and can accommodate up to 10 people. The distance to the sea is about 600m as the crow flies. The villa consists of 5 bedrooms, four of which are on the first floor - two master rooms of 28 m²; and each has a double bed, private bathroom, large TV and sea views, while on the ground floor there is another bedroom, a living room with an equipped kitchen, a separate bathroom and a spa room with a Finnish sauna, jacuzzi and shower. Of particular note is the recreation room of 75 m², in which there is a gym and an entertainment area - billiards, table tennis, table football and darts. There is also a smaller room with a washing machine, dryer and iron. The design of the villa has been carefully crafted to give a touch of luxury and modernity and the natural white marble staircases stand out. On the terrace you can be in the 36 m² heated pool and next to it there is a smaller children's pool. Together they form a smaller waterfall so they can relax and enjoy the sounds of the water. There is also an outdoor solar shower and 8 deck chairs for sunbathing. In front of the villa there are 2 covered parking spaces and 4 additional parking spaces.
