The enchanting fusion of a modern Mediterranean villa that represents the original architecture of the home can be experienced at Villa 21 in Bribir. Through the door to the main pool terrace, guests enter the villa into the main living room, the state-of-the-art open plan kitchen and dining room Expand into a living room equipped with Smart TV, a 75 inch flat screen and a wood-burning fireplace for pleasant moments. The combination of modern and old Mediterranean style can be felt throughout the villa, especially with the old stone staircase that leads to both floors where there are 5 luxurious en-suite bedrooms. On the upper floor, the large master bedroom is generously equipped with a seating area and a modern, free-standing artificial stone bathroom. Large beautiful seating balcony overlooking the pool. The lowest floor offers bedrooms with direct access to the lower terrace through a large sliding balcony door. On this floor of the house there is also a wine cellar with a games room. Underfloor heating and air conditioning are available in every room throughout the house. Upon leaving the house on the lowest floor, the external guest has access to the luxurious spa area, which is located below the pool and consists of a main sauna with dry and wet sauna and a large whirlpool. There is also a large zen room, a luxuriously appointed space painted entirely black for guests to fully immerse themselves in. Large beds allow guests to relax, meditate and enjoy the tranquility of the room. A massage area has also been built where professional massages can be arranged. Finally, a fully equipped fitness area is available to guests. Climbing the beautiful limestone staircase dotted with Mediterranean herbs takes you back to the main terrace where a large swimming pool with jacuzzi makes for great entertaining. The modern outdoor kitchen with dining area and bar allows guests to enjoy al fresco dining in complete privacy. Semi-covered private parking with Tesla chargers is available on the property, as well as a helipad. Chauffeur services can be arranged upon request.
