The newly built Villa Tria is located not far from the center of Zminj in Central Istria, where you can walk to taste traditional Istrian specialties and do shopping in the grocery store. The villa is built as a ground floor, and consists of a living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double bed and one with single bed that can transform into double bed. All three bathrooms have showers and all rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning. In the garden there is a swimming pool of 32 m2, with sunbeds and umbrellas. In addition to the pool, there is also a summer kitchen equipped with an oven, refrigerator and hob and a large fireplace where you can prepare various delicacies. There is also a bathroom with a shower in the continuation of the summer kitchen. The rest of the garden is reserved for children and their activities such as trampoline, badminton and another room with table football and darts.

    Wir waren im Juli hier sehr schönes Haus Alles da was das Herz ❤️ begehrt. So wie die schöne klein Stadt Zminj wo alles da ist. DANKE.

    Sabrina Wundervoller Urlaub in diesem Haus!
    Unser Urlaub in diesem Haus war wunderschön. Das Haus ist ein Traum. Liebevoll eingerichtet, toller Service und man hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Es war alles sehr sauber als wir angekommen sind. Das Sahnehäubchen ist die Außenküche mit Bad, direkt vor dem Pool. Die Besitzer des Hauses sind super super Nett, zuvorkommend und für einen immer da, wenn man Sie braucht. Der Pool wurde außerdem alle 2-3 Tage gereinigt. Die Lage des Hauses war Top. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt in dem kleinen Örtchen alles was man braucht und das alles ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar. Restaurants, Bars, Banken, Bäckereien, Apotheke, Tankstellen usw. 2 Wochen Urlaub vergingen für uns wie im Flug. Vielen vielen Dank nochmal an unsere Vermieter für die tolle Zeit. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. Es gab einfach nichts, aber auch gar nichts zu bemängeln. 101 von 100 Punkten. ❤️ July 2021.
