The beautiful Istrian-style villa Morus is located in the heart of Istria near Svetvinčenat. The villa consists of a ground floor that features a living room with an open fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate toilet. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom, while the second floor has two connected bedrooms with double beds, another bedroom with a single bed, and a bathroom. The large 3000 m² garden is a place for relaxation and enjoyment. You can take a dip in your private pool, gather with your family or friends around the dining table, and prepare some delicious barbecue meals.
