Beautiful Istrian style villa Morus is located in the heart of Istria near Svetvincenat. The villa consists of a ground floor that features living room with an open fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and one bathroom, while second floor has two connected bedrooms with double beds, another bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom. Large 3000m² garden is place of relaxation and enjoyment. You can dip in your private pool, gather with your family/friends around dining table and prepare some delicious barbecue meals.
