Built in the 80’s and completely renovated in 2019. to meet the highest standards, this romantic detached house will provide a perfect balance of luxury and comfort for a relaxing mediterranean vacation. The house is set in a small village Punta 7 km from Buje overlooking picturesque Istrian landscape. It has a wonderful view of the Mirna valley. Residents will enjoy this spacious property, which has a garden area of 460 sqm including a large private pool, outdoor bbq, lounging area and 120 sqm of living area. The house is set on two floors, two large ensuite bedrooms with French balcony on the first floor provide perfect accommodation for 4 persons. Downstairs elegant open plan kitchen and living area overlooking the pool and sundeck, the outside lounging area provides perfect escape from the sizzling sun and gives the opportunity to relax and enjoy a good book, a lovely meal or a nice cold drink. The plot is completely surrounded and has two parking places. Pets are allowed, but the fence has holes.
