Built in the 80s and completely renovated in 2019 to meet the highest standards, this romantic detached house offers a perfect balance of luxury and comfort for a relaxing Mediterranean vacation. The house is situated in the small village of Punta, 7 km from Buje, overlooking the picturesque Istrian landscape and the stunning Mirna Valley. Guests can enjoy a spacious property featuring a 460 sqm garden with a large private pool, an outdoor BBQ area, and a lounging space, all complemented by 120 sqm of interior living area. The house is spread over two floors: the first floor features two large en-suite bedrooms with French balconies, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. Downstairs, an elegant open-plan kitchen and living area overlook the pool and sundeck. The outdoor lounge area provides a perfect escape from the sun, offering an ideal spot to relax with a good book, a lovely meal, or a cold drink. The property is fully enclosed and includes two parking spaces. Pets are welcome. Please be aware that the garden fencing has some gaps, so please keep an eye on your pets while they are enjoying the garden.

    Alles an diesem Haus ist wunderbar. Alle Möbel sind so schön und elegant, und die Aufteilung des Gartens ist perfekt arrangiert. Der private Pool ist herrlich, und der gesamte Außenbereich ist wunderschön und wie zum Entspannen geschaffen. Kombiniert mit der atemberaubenden Aussicht.
