Quietly located in the beautiful hilly landscape of central Istria, Villa Kvinta offers a blend of traditional and modern style. The interior extends over 180 m² on 2 floors and offers enough space to comfortably accommodate 10 people. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with double beds, while another bedroom is on the ground floor with direct access to the garden. Three of the bedrooms feature their own private bathrooms. The spacious living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, the dining room, and the fully equipped kitchen are all part of the ground floor. Outside, you can relax in the dining area or take a dip in your private pool. This beautiful garden is tailor-made for lazy summer afternoons.
