Villa Kiara is located in small village near medieval hilltop town Motovun. Interior consists of three bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen, dinning area and toilet. First floor has two bedrooms with air condition and double beds, and one bathroom with shower. Second floor has master bedroom with bathroom. Stepping outside you will enjoy your private pool, dinning area, two BBQ, sun loungers and double swing. Set in Central Istria in the middle of breathtaking nature this villa is perfect to recharge your batteries.

    Sehr gute Kommunikation der Gastgeberin. ( Über Whatts App ) Die Schlüsselübergabe ging ohne Probleme. Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg, mit einer schönen Aussicht. Das Grundstück und das Haus waren in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Das Treppenhaus ist sehr schmal geschnitten. Die Badezimmer sind etwas eng. Die Schlafzimmer sind normal Gross und schön und mit Klimaanlage. Die Betten haben einfache Lattenroste. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ausreichend und neuwertig sauber. Die Waschmaschine ist gut. Das W- Lan und der Fernsehempfang schwächelt ab und zu, aber fürs nötigste reichts. Der Pool ist in einem sehr guten sauberen Zustand. Die Weber Grillkugel macht was sie soll. Der Handtuch und Bettwäsche Wechsel funktionierte super. Die Müllentsorgung ist vorbildlich. Die Nachbarn sind sehr höflich und sind kaum zu sehen. Sehr ruhige Lage - ohne Störungen, besonders Nachts. Wenn wir wieder in die Gegend reisen , würden wir wieder in diese Unterkunft gehen. Die Kaution wurde ein Tag vor Abreise pünktlich an uns ( In Bar )zurückbezahlt.
